Keysight has introduced an automatic analysis
The magic tool for power consumption under various working conditions - CX3300!
1. This is the current waveform of a Bluetooth low energy device.
2. To automatically analyze this current waveform, you only need to drag and drop the current profile button onto the captured current waveform, and this automatic power and current analysis tool will start immediately.
3. In the new pop-up window, click the "Auto Profile" function.
4. In the Profile window, you can see the duration, current value, and total charge consumed in each state. The window also shows the percentage of charge consumed in each state relative to the total charge consumed in the entire waveform.
5. If you want to adjust the analyzed waveform, you can manually adjust the width of each segment by moving the segment bar. Click Drag New in the upper left corner and drag and drop to the desired point to manually add a new segment to the current analysis result. In addition, you can use the integrated Zoom function for detailed observation.
6. One-click saving. Just click the Save tab and select the appropriate report data format, you can easily export the current analysis results into a report. This measurement report contains the measured waveform curve and the information calculated under each waveform state.
7. Finally, if you want to observe the "macro" and "micro" states of the same waveform at the same time, you can use a dual-channel sensor to display the same waveform on two different scales. The green curve in the figure allows you to more clearly see the "macro" characteristics of the device when it exits and enters the sleep state.
The CX3300 Series is an emerging instrument that provides much better resolution and detail than using conventional current probes. It offers a complete and easy-to-use solution for accurately evaluating current waveforms and charge consumption.
