Two highly integrated µModule regulators are now available as the best choice for industrial applications!

ADI introduces the LTM4668 and LTM4668A µModule® regulators, two quad-output DC/DC regulators with output currents up to 4.8A. These new devices integrate switching controllers, power FETs, inductors, and other supporting components, simplifying the design process while reducing power consumption and board space. They are ideal for telecommunications, networking, and industrial applications.



The LTM4668 and LTM4668A operate over a 2.7V to 17V input voltage range and support an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V. These devices support frequency synchronization, multi-phase operation, selectable burst mode operation, 100% duty cycle, and low IQ operation. The high switching frequency and current mode architecture of these two devices can make very fast transient response to line and load changes without sacrificing stability.


The LTM4668 and LTM4668A are available now in a 6.25mm x 6.25mm x 2.1mm BGA package. Key features include:

  • Wide input voltage range: 2.7V to 17V

  • 0.6V to 1.8V output voltage (LTM4668); 0.6V to 5.5V output voltage (LTM4668A)

  • Can be connected in parallel, each channel output current 1.2A DC

  • Total output voltage adjustment range: ±1.5%

  • 100% duty cycle operation

  • Current mode control, fast transient response
