II. Participants and Registration Methods
Training Target
Planned:
Persons in charge of integrated circuit work in the industrial and information technology departments of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps; high-level professional and technical personnel in the integrated circuit industry of key enterprises and scientific research institutes in relevant industries.
Out of plan:
We will recruit an additional 100 people from the entire industry, free of training fees, limited places, first come first served.

Trainees are required to submit a 1-inch color photo when reporting in. After the training course, those who pass the assessment will be awarded a completion certificate stamped by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

(covered by special funds)
2. The organizer can assist in arranging accommodation at the participant's own expense. Details are as follows:
Single room 380 yuan/day (including breakfast), double room 200 yuan/person/day (randomly arranged to share with people of the same gender, including breakfast). Students can pay the board and lodging fees to the conference staff on the day of registration (by credit card or cash), or remit to the following account. Guoxin Shenzhou Education Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the center, provides conference services and issues invoices. The invoice content is "training fee".
