❶ Xingyao Semiconductor launches the world's smallest duplexer chip
According to the official microblog of Xingyao Semiconductor, on July 21, Zhejiang Xingyao Semiconductor Co., Ltd. officially released a new generation of small-size Band 2, Band 3, and Band 7 duplexer chips. All three products are 1411 in size, which is the smallest discrete duplexer chip size in the world and is released for the first time in the world. Previously, the company has successively received investment from industrial chain resources such as Huaqin Technology, Longqi Technology, Tinlong Mobile, Guoxing Network, Yiqing Group, and Yisai.

According to the Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily on the 23rd, the team of Peng Lianmao and Zhang Zhiyong from the Carbon-based Electronics Research Center of the School of Electronics of Peking University has made a breakthrough in the field of next-generation chip technology and successfully developed the world's first carbon nanotube-based tensor processor chip (TPU). The chip consists of 3,000 carbon nanotube field-effect transistors and can efficiently perform convolution operations and matrix multiplications. Experiments have shown that a five-layer convolutional neural network based on this TPU can achieve an MNIST image recognition accuracy of up to 88% with a power consumption of only 295μW.
