All three products are 1411 in size, which is the smallest discrete duplexer chip size in the world and is released for the first time in the world. Previously, the company has successively received investment from industrial chain resources such as Huaqin Technology, Longqi Technology, Tinlong Mobile, Guoxing Network, Yiqing Group, and Yisai.

The chip consists of 3,000 carbon nanotube field-effect transistors and can efficiently perform convolution operations and matrix multiplications. Experiments have shown that a five-layer convolutional neural network based on this TPU can achieve an MNIST image recognition accuracy of up to 88% with a power consumption of only 295μW.
