An improved intermediate frequency digital orthogonal demodulation structure is proposed. By splitting the sampled data stream inside the field programmable gate array and performing digital demodulation in a branch path, the core operating frequency of the field programmable gate array is greatly reduced. The problem of too high a core frequency requirement for the programmable gate array when the intermediate frequency digital receiver uses an ultra-high-speed A/D converter is solved. The composition and working principle of the new structure are introduced in detail, and SIMULINK is used to model and simulate the new structure to verify its feasibility.
