Aiming at the existing problems in the operation of SPR sewage treatment system, the chemical oxygen demand (COD) of the effluent is controlled to remain constant to ensure the water quality of the effluent under various conditions. The control principle of a SPR sewage treatment system controlled by a hybrid fuzzy controller is introduced, and the fuzzy controller, PI regulator and control software are designed. The simulation shows that the control speed is fast, the overshoot is small, and the adjustment time is short. The system has good dynamic and static performance, high robustness and cost-effectiveness, and strong practicality.
