The 16-bit AD9467 analog-to-digital converter takes signal processing performance to a new level and is suitable for test and measurement instrumentation, military electronics, medical imaging, and communications applications that require high resolution over a wide bandwidth. For analog inputs up to 300MHz, its sFDR (spurious-free dynamic range) is as high as 90dBFs, and its sNR (signal-to-noise ratio) performance is 76.4dBFs. This device has excellent dynamic performance and low jitter characteristics of 60fsrms (root mean square), allowing engineers to improve system performance at higher intermediate frequencies, thereby reducing the number of signal down-conversion stages and the number of components in the signal chain.
