  Traffic simulation software is becoming increasingly important in the field of intelligent transportation research. Aiming at the mixed traffic conditions and urbanization trends in China, a city-area mixed traffic flow simulation and analysis system has been developed. As an object-oriented microscopic mixed traffic flow simulation software, its independently designed human-computer interface has established a good information structure for the software, which not only meets the human-computer friendly interaction, but also improves the usability, aesthetics and reliability of the software. The interface design is based on the complex and diversified functions of traffic simulation software to achieve all-round interaction between users and the simulation kernel. Based on a brief introduction to the functions and characteristics of SASUM T and the relevant human-computer interface models and interaction technologies, this paper describes in detail the design ideas and implementation methods of each interface type, and puts forward some issues that should be paid attention to in the development of this type of software.
