Ding Wenwu said this at the opening ceremony of the 10th China International Software Expo and the "2006 China Software Industry Development Summit Forum" held yesterday. This year's Software Expo is held in the first year of the "11th Five-Year Plan", the "2006-2020 National Informatization Development Strategy" has been newly promulgated, and major national policies such as advocating the construction of an innovative country are being advocated.
