PSPICE is a general circuit analysis program for microcomputers developed from SPICE (Simulation Program with Intergrated Circuit Emphasis). It was developed in 1972 by the Computer-Aided Design Group of the University of California, Berkeley, using the FORTRAN language, and is mainly used for computer-aided design of large-scale integrated circuits.
