The automatic control process of PLC (programmable controller) in the robot spraying production line is described from the aspects of system composition, control principle and hardware and software design. Due to the differences in workers\' proficiency and production experience, coupled with the influence of fatigue and working status, it is difficult to ensure the stability of spraying quality. In addition, since the poor working conditions affect the health of workers, it is very necessary to use high-tech to transform the traditional spraying process. Because the programmable controller (PLC) has the advantages of small size, strong anti-interference ability and flexible configuration, it is widely used in industrial control systems.
