The main advantages of direct transmission of video baseband using coaxial cable are: no need for professional construction personnel and network design. Low cost and good image quality under short-distance transmission conditions. Simple equipment. Therefore, this type of video transmission is still the main transmission method for video surveillance transmission. However, with the development of society, the distance of surveillance transmission is getting farther and farther, the number of surveillance nodes is increasing, and the transmission environment is becoming more and more complex. In many cases, the simple video baseband transmission method can no longer meet various complex surveillance conditions. Therefore, various new surveillance image transmission methods and cross-domain technology applications continue to emerge. Coaxial cable monitoring is a typical example of the new application of old technology (1948) in the surveillance field. In a long-distance, strong interference transmission environment, the video baseband transmission method obviously cannot meet the image quality requirements. In particular, the traditional baseband transmission is difficult to handle in some strong interference environments (such as variable frequency elevators, power plants, and train platforms). In the case of multiple nodes (tens or hundreds of monitoring points), the traditional surveillance transmission method must be one point and one line. This not only causes inconvenience to construction and maintenance. And it has lost its advantage in engineering costs.
