It uses a negative temperature coefficient thermistor R. (MF12 type 3kfl) is used as the temperature sensing element. This
circuit can maintain the temperature in the thermostat within a certain range (such as ZO - adjustable within 100°C). It is actually a temperature range
controller circuit.
    In the figure, RPi is the upper temperature limit setting potentiometer, and RPz is the lower temperature limit setting potentiometer.
