Rice cooker power supply circuit
The DC power supply circuit consists of AC input circuit, transformer, rectifier filter and voltage stabilizing circuit.
After AC 220 V is stepped down by the transformer, low-voltage AC power is output. After the low-voltage AC voltage is rectified into DC voltage by the bridge rectifier circuit, it is smoothed and
filtered by the filter capacitor to make it stable. In order to meet the different needs of the power supply voltage of different circuits in the rice cooker,
part of is passed through the voltage stabilizing circuit, and after being stabilized to a voltage of about +5 V, it is then input into the circuit required by the rice cooker. Power supply, circle 2-43 shows the power supply circuit
of the rice steamed bun .
After the AC 220 V mains power is fed into the circuit, the AC power is delivered to the power circuit through the FU (thermal fuse). The thermal fuse mainly plays
the role of protecting the circuit. When the current in the rice cooker is too large or the temperature in the rice cooker is too high, the thermal fuse will blow and cut off the power supply to the rice cooker .
AC 220V enters the power circuit, and after being stepped down by a step-down transformer, it outputs AC low voltages such as 12V and IOV.
After the 12 V and 10 V AC low voltages are rectified and filtered by the bridge rectifier circuit and the filter capacitor, they become DC low voltages, and then the DC low voltages are sent
to the voltage stabilizing circuit.
After the voltage stabilizing circuit stabilizes the DC voltage output by the rectifier circuit, it outputs a stable DC voltage of +5 V. The stabilized voltage of 5V provides the working voltage for the microelectronic preserved control
circuit.
