Parallel DC regulated power supply circuit diagram (I)
The DC power supply adopts parallel type, and outputs ±10V voltage respectively after rectification, filtering, current limiting and voltage stabilization. The circuit is simple, low cost and can
Meet the requirements of various applications, as shown in the figure.
In the figure, 6.3V indicator lights EL1 and EL2 respectively indicate the running and stopping status of the machine tool and are controlled by the relay control circuit.
Parallel DC regulated power supply circuit diagram (II)
Working principle: The figure below shows a parallel type DC regulated power supply circuit. After the 220V voltage is stepped down by the transformer, full-wave bridge rectified, and filtered by the capacitor, the voltage regulator diode outputs a DC voltage to supply the load. The output DC voltage is equal to 90% of the secondary voltage of the power transformer. Due to the simple circuit, this power supply is used in occasions with low requirements.
The AC voltage u2 is obtained after the transformer steps down the AC power u1. The DC voltage U (U is approximately equal to 1.2u2) is obtained after the AC voltage u2 passes through the single-phase bridge rectifier circuit. In order to prevent voltage mutations in the circuit, it must pass through a filter circuit to connect the capacitor and the load resistor in parallel to absorb the pulsating current and keep the output voltage stable. The output voltage after the rectifier and filter circuit is still quite different from the required DC power supply. In order to obtain a more stable DC power supply, the voltage must be stabilized by a voltage stabilizing circuit after the rectifier and filter circuit, so that the required DC voltage is obtained.
