Shown is a wide-band high-frequency signal amplifier using a double-gate field effect transistor . The high-frequency signal is coupled by a two-stage transformer to filter out the low-frequency signal, and then sent to the Gi of the field effect transistor. 02 is the gain control terminal. Field effect transistors have the characteristics of high input impedance and low noise . The amplified signal is output from the drain D, which is connected to the output of the transformer. The primary part of the transformer is added as an interface. Two LC filter circuits and a three-terminal voltage regulator provide DC bias for the drain of the field effect transistor.
