Brushless DC motor control circuit
Control circuit using a combination of MC33035 and MC33039.
The figure shows a typical brushless DC motor control circuit. The circuit is mainly composed of the motor drive control chip MC33035
, the brushless motor adapter MC33039 and the field effect transistor
drive circuit.
While working. MC33035 outputs 6 I-WM signals to drive a motor drive circuit composed of 6 field effect transistors respectively.
As can be seen from the picture, 6 field effect transistors form a bridge circuit. The outputs are respectively connected to the three-phase windings of the motor. The current in the three-phase winding
is changed sequentially according to the rules, thereby forming a rotating magnetic field, which drives the rotor of the motor to rotate continuously.
