It consists of a two-stage DC amplifier. Among them, the collector output of VT1 is
divided by Ri and R2 and then connected to the base of the VT2 tube. The emitter current of the VT2 tube is coupled to the emitter of VT1 through R to form positive feedback.
    The base-coupled bistable circuit can maintain its stable state after the trigger pulse disappears. In the emitter-coupled bistable circuit , since
there is no coupling between the Vr2 collector (output) and the VT1 base (input), the stable state of the emitter- coupled bistable
circuit is determined by the input voltage amplitude. .
