Shown is a variable frequency transistor oscillator circuit
. This circuit is mainly
composed of a transistor oscillator, a crystal resonant circuit, a varactor diode, and an output amplifier. It can usually be used to make high-frequency transistor oscillators. The inductor LP of the transistor
in the circuit 30 MHz is connected to the emitter circuit of VT1. It is connected in parallel and then connected in series with the varactor diode, and then
connected in series with the 75 p capacitor between the collector and emitter of VT1 . The amplifier composed of VT2 and VT3 amplifies the oscillation signal and
outputs it from the collector of VT3. The control voltage of the varactor diode changes between 4-+-6 V.
