Linear power amplifier circuit composed of RF2132

As shown in the figure, this is a linear power amplifier circuit composed of RF2132. The radio frequency signal (RF) is input from pin 3, and is amplified by the preamplifier and the final power amplifier and output from pins 10 and 11. Pin 3 is directly coupled to the internal amplifier, and an external DC-blocking coupling capacitor is added. The input impedance of pin 3 is 50Ω, but the exact impedance value is determined by the internal interstage matching network connected to pin 1. L1 is the output center frequency interstage adjustment inductor; R1 can improve linearity and increase the bias current of the first-stage amplifier; L2 is the amplifier output stage bypass inductor; C7 and the internal connection inductor of pins 14 and 15 form a series resonance with a resonant frequency of 2f0, which can effectively short-circuit the output second harmonic and improve gain and efficiency. The output pins 10, 11, 14, and 15 are connected inside the chip. Pin 8 is connected to the power control pin (PC), and the voltage of this pin can be controlled to control the power supply power. At room temperature, when the voltage is low (0.5V or lower), the amplifier power supply is in the off state. VCC=4.8V, Vpc=4.0V.
