As shown in the figure, this is a 824-849MHz power amplifier circuit composed of RF2152. The radio frequency signal (RF) is input from pin 6, and is output from pins 12 and 13 after being amplified by the preamplifier and the final power amplifier. Pin 6 is directly coupled to the internal amplifier, so a DC-isolating coupling capacitor is added to pin 6. The output pins 12, 13, and 14 are connected inside the chip. Usually, pins 12 and 13 are connected together externally as signal outputs. The output matching network matches the amplifier output impedance to obtain maximum output power and efficiency. At the same time, pins 12 and 13 are also used as the power supply terminals of the final power amplifier, and bias current is provided to the final power amplifier through these pins. Pin 14 is used as a second harmonic filter circuit, which can effectively short-circuit the second harmonic. Pin 7 or 8 is connected to the power control pin (PC), and the voltage of this pin can be controlled to control the power supply power. When the voltage is low (0.5V or lower), the amplifier power supply is in the off state; when the voltage is high (2.8V), the amplifier power supply is in the standard working state. C10 is designed for exchange efficiency and linearity, and R3 and R4 are used for bias flow adjustment.
