MICRFl03 is a single-chip UHF transmitter using Micrel's QwikRadioTM technology. It is a true "data input-wireless output" single-chip device. It can be used in automatic remote keyless entry systems (RKE), remote control systems, data communications and security systems.
The main technical features are as follows:
・Operating frequency is 800 MHz to 1 GHz;
・ASK/OOK modulation;
・The maximum data transmission rate is 115 Kb/s;
・Provide low power mode;
・The power supply voltage is 4.5 to 5.5 V;
・Maximum output power is -3 dBm;
・The operating current is 8 mA and the standby current is l.0 uA;
・Automatic antenna tuning.
