XEl209 70～30 kHz Ultra-Low Power CMOS Transceiver

XEl209 is a low-cost ultra-low power transceiver suitable for applications in remote control and short-distance data transmission. 

The main technical features are as follows: 

・Operating frequency is 30～70 kHz; 

・The transmission carrier frequency is 36.86～45.05 kHz; 

・PLL center frequency is 32.735～32.800 kHz; 

・Data transmission rate is 1820 b/s; 

・The effective receiving and transmitting distance is 1 to 3 m; 

・Operating voltage is 2.0～3.2V; 

・The operating current in transmit mode is 110 mA, the operating current in receive mode is 200 μA, and the standby current is 0.15 μA (all typical values); 

・CMOS manufacturing process; 

・Operating temperature is -10～600C.
