RF2516 AM/ASK/OOK 433/315 MHz Transmitter

The RF2516 is a low-cost transmitter chip with a phase-locked loop. 

The main technical features are as follows: 

・Operating frequency is 100～500 MHz: 

・AM/ASK modulation; 

・It has low power mode and automatic locking function. When the PLL loses lock, the transmitter output is invalid; 

・Power supply voltage is 2.25 to 3.6 V; 

・Output power is 10 dBm (50Ω load); 

・Operating current is 10.5 mA, low power mode current is 1μA
