LM135/235/335 is a three-terminal adjustable integrated temperature sensor with wide current operating range and low dynamic output impedance (<ln)
. The output voltage is proportional to the absolute temperature and changes at 10mV/K. Except for the different temperature measurement ranges, the other
parameters, packaging forms and pin functions of the three are basically the same. Different from the AD590, the LM135/235/335 adds
a more practical function, which is to adjust the input.
Figure l-36 shows the basic application circuit of LM135/235/335.
Figure 1-36 (a) is the simplest temperature sensor circuit, which can be used in situations where temperature accuracy is not required. RP
is used to adjust "zero".
Figure 1-36 (b) and (c) show series and parallel applications respectively, which have the same function as AD590 series and parallel applications
.
figure 1. -36 (d) is the telemetry application circuit . When the sensor is connected to the circuit board at a certain distance through wiring,
line transmission loss and interference need to be considered. Here, the method of constant line current using LM 334 constant current source is used to eliminate losses and
interference.
