High impedance pH detection amplifier circuit

The pH value is a measure of the acidity or alkalinity of a solution. As shown in the circuit shown in the figure,
when the pH probe comes into contact with the solution being measured, its resistance value will change according to the strength of the acid and alkali. This change forms a current at pin ③, which is amplified by OPA 111
and outputs a voltage signal. The gain of the circuit is determined by R2/Ri.
