Similarly, if the light control switch is used alone, power will not be supplied when the light intensity is strong during the day. On cloudy days, the light intensity is low and the power is supplied at night, and the power supply will be automatically cut off until dawn. Then no one is at work in the middle of the night, and the voltage will rise, which will waste energy and shorten the life of the light bulb (tube). Therefore, the two are combined to complement each other, and the microcomputer time control switch controls the power supply time of the light control switch. The light control switch automatically controls the on and off of the AC contactor according to the light brightness. This completely solves the problem of "eternal light".

The working process of the controller

Set the daily power on and off times of the microcomputer time control switch as needed. When it's time to turn on. The microcomputer time-controlled switch turns on the power. During this time, the lighting of the light depends on the brightness of the light. The light intensity is strong during the day. When the photosensitive resistor cds in the light-controlled switch is illuminated by light, the resistance value becomes smaller, the transistors T1 and T2 are cut off, and the relay J coil de-energized contact is disconnected. The AC contact CJ coil loses power and does not pull in. The main contact cuts off the lighting supply. When the light intensity is weak on cloudy days or at night, the resistance value of the photoresistor cds increases due to weak or no light exposure, the transistors T1 and T2 are saturated and conductive, the relay J is electrically closed, and the lighting is turned on through the AC contactor CJ power supply. When it's time to turn off, the microcomputer time control switch will cut off the power supply of the light control switch. After the light control switch loses power, the AC contactor CJ coil will also lose power and disconnect, and the main contact will cut off the lighting power. Thus achieving the purpose of intelligently controlling lighting.

The microcomputer time control switch adopts KG316T type, and the light control switch is self-made. The photoresistor CDs were removed from an old voice activated delay switch. The relay is type JQX-4, and the rated voltage of the coil is 12V. To improve reliability, the two sets of contacts are connected in parallel. The red LED serves as the turn-on indication of the light-controlled switch. Connect in parallel with the coil of AC contactor CJ. As long as the components used are genuine and the welding is correct, it will be successful. When debugging, do not connect the AC contactor CJ first, block the light on the photoresistor with your hand, J closes, and the LED lights up; when you remove it, J opens, and the LED goes out. Adjusting the resistance of resistor R can adjust the sensitivity of the light control. CJ is a 20A AC contactor. The coil voltage is 220V and the model is CDC10-20. The entire light control switch is housed in a self-made wooden box. The microcomputer time control switch is installed on the wooden box, and two Φ5mm small holes are opened on the side of the wooden box for installing LEDs and photoresistors. Put in a wooden box. Beside the window of the power distribution room, the IED and photoresistor face the window. The AC contactor is installed next to the lighting control air switch in the distribution cabinet, and the entire controller is installed. When using it, follow the instructions of the KG316T microcomputer time control switch to set the daily lighting power on and off times, and then it can be put into use.
