TPS60230 can drive up to 5 25mA white LEDs; TPS6023 1 can drive up to 3 25mA white LEDs; the main technical characteristics of TPS60230/TPS60231 are as follows.
①The brightness of the white LED can be controlled by the PWM control signal.
② It has adaptive 1x pressure and 1.5x pressure switching modes to achieve high efficiency.
③1MHz conversion frequency.
④Operating input voltage range of 2.7~6.5V.
⑤Built-in soft-start circuit to limit transient inrush current.
⑥Low input ripple and low EMI (electromagnetic interference).
⑦Current overload protection and high temperature protection.
⑧Achieve low-voltage shutdown through hysteresis effect.
⑨They are all packaged in a very small 3mm×3mm QFN package.
