Frequency converter speed regulating circuit with remote control setting box

Source: InternetPublisher:蓝猫淘气 Updated: 2014/09/29

具有遥控设定箱的变频器调速电路 As shown in the figure, the circuit FR-FK is a remote control setting box. This circuit can be used when the inverter cannot be operated locally, or cannot be operated locally due to environmental constraints or environmental protection conditions, or centralized control cannot be achieved. The remote control setting box (module) is externally connected with three buttons for acceleration, deceleration and setting elimination and a start switch. During operation, turn on the start switch first, and then press other buttons as needed. The M1 and M2 terminals of FR-FK are connected to the frequency meter. Its ② and ⑤ terminals are connected to the ② and ⑤ terminals of the inverter with shielded wires. The frequency converter can not only adjust speed, but also reverse direction. As shown in the figure, when SF is closed, the motor M rotates forward; when SF is pulled down and the SR switch is closed, the motor M rotates reversely.
