General 0/12V switchers often need to independently lead a wire from the 0/12V voltage output end of the digital machine to switch the tuner, which is very inconvenient. For this reason, the author made a self-made 0/12V wireless control switcher, which can control the operation of the switch without additional wiring. The circuit works reliably and stably, and does not require debugging. It can be successfully installed as soon as it is installed. After trial in recent months, the effect is good, and now it is introduced to the majority of TV enthusiasts. Working principle: Figure 1 is the transmitting part circuit of the switch, and Figure 2 is the receiving switching part circuit of the switch. In Figure 1, when there is a 12V voltage output at the 0/12V output end of the digital machine, the 5V voltage is output through IC1 stabilization, and the A1 radio remote control dedicated transmitting module is powered to work, and its built-in micro antenna emits an ultra-high frequency modulation signal. Within the effective receiving range, when the receiving circuit in Figure 2 receives the modulated signal, the A2 dedicated receiving module outputs a high-level pulse, the VT1 transistor is turned on, and drives the relay J to complete the switching between the two high-frequency heads. Component selection: A1 and A2 use matching radio remote control special modules. IC1 and IC2 use 78L05 and 7805 voltage stabilizing integrated blocks. J. Choose a small 5V DC relay. The model is not limited. It is best to choose a relay with small loss of high-frequency signals and small pull-in current. L Use ∮0.51mm high-strength enameled wire to wrap 20 turns around the ∮3mm ballpoint pen core. VT1 uses NPN low-power transistors such as C1815 and C8050. Select a 1W, 20Ω~100Ω resistor for R1. The remaining components are marked in Figure 1 and Figure 2. The circuit in Figure 1 can be put into a small plastic box. The circuit casing in Figure 2 can be used with a cable TV splitter. Remove the internal circuit board and drill two ∮3mm holes in the bottom and side walls, as shown in Figure 3. The A2 receiving module is placed on the outside of the distributor shell and fixed with plastic transparent glue. It must be waterproofed.
