Digital camera flash control circuit

When taking pictures with a digital camera, you need to turn on the flash at night or
when the light is weak. Increasing the number of light-emitting diodes LED
can meet the different requirements of digital cameras for flash brightness and flash
distance. Figure 9-2 is a typical circuit
of a digital camera flash that can provide 300-400mA current .
An AAT3110-4.5 charge pump chip can only provide
a peak current of 200mA (maximum JF - 250mA/
100ms), so two AAT3110-4.5 charge
pump chips need to be connected in parallel to output a peak current of 400mA.
The peak value of an LED is 100mA, so a peak
current of 400mA can drive 4 LEDs . During the flash pause period, the RC discharge
delay circuit
of the flash gate is composed of the diode VD, R, and C ~
