35W half-wave resistance-capacitance phase-shift trigger actuation control circuit
In automatic or semi-automatic arc welding equipment, in order to control the transportation of welding wire and the movement of the welding car, a drag control circuit must be used to
meet the requirements of the welding process.
(1) 35W half-wave resistor phase-shift trigger drag control circuit
The circuit is as shown in the figure. The motor uses a 35W DC servo motor. Through the voltage divider composed of potentiometers RPi, RPz and
RP4, the feedback voltage is taken out from RP4 and superimposed on the resistor-capacitor phase-shifted AC voltage to form a strong negative feedback
to achieve the purpose of stable speed regulation. Adjust RP3 to change the armature voltage to achieve speed regulation.
