A simple upconversion mixer circuit diagram

This article introduces a simple upconversion mixer circuit, which is implemented using a switched transconductance structure to eliminate the contribution of the switch to noise and reduce the noise figure of the mixer. At the same time, using the inductor-capacitor resonant network as the load can effectively increase the AC load impedance value, reduce the requirements for the mixer transconductance, and increase the transductal overdrive voltage, thereby achieving high linearity.
