High anti-interference liquid crystal drive anti-static LCD driver chip VK2C21 anti-noise segment code driver IC [Copy link]

VK2C21 is a dot matrix storage mapped LCD driver that supports LCD screens with a maximum of 80 dots (20SEGx4COM) or a maximum of 128 dots (16SEGx8COM). The microcontroller can configure display parameters and read and write display data through the I2C interface, and can also enter power saving mode through instructions. Its high anti-interference and low power consumption characteristics are suitable for water, electricity, gas meters and industrial control instrument products. L63+05

Operating voltage 2.4-5.5V

Built-in 32 kHz RC oscillator

Bias voltage (BIAS) can be configured as 1/3, 1/4

COM cycle (DUTY) can be configured as 1/4, 1/8

Built-in display RAM is 20x4 bit, 16x8 bit

Frame rate can be configured as 80Hz, 160Hz

Power saving mode (entered by turning off the display and oscillator)

I2C communication interface

Display modes 20x4, 16x8

3 display overall flashing frequencies

Software configuration LCD display parameters

Read and write display data address automatically increases by 1

VLCD pin provides LCD drive voltage source (

Built-in 16-level LCD drive voltage adjustment circuit
