A preliminary description of the domestic Anlu FPGA SD NAND FLASH [Copy link]

Speaking of SD NAND FLASH, people often think of SD cards. SD NAND FLASH has the basic functions of current SD cards, and has higher storage density, smaller size, stable and reliable soldering in the circuit in the form of chips, and high integration in the circuit and SMT machine patch. In this section, we mainly introduce SD NAND FLASH. The SD NAND FLASH in this application example uses the CSNP1GCR01-AOW storage chip of Shenzhen Leilong Development Co., Ltd. Leilong Development has many years of deep R&D experience and strict testing process in SD NAND FLASH.

1. Introduction to SD NAND FLASH chip

CSNP1GCR01-AOW is a 1Gb storage chip based on NAND FLASH and SD controller. Compared with traditional NAND FLASH, it has bad block management, data ECC function and abnormal power failure to ensure data security storage. The package size is 8mm x 6mm x0.75mm.

Features:

Interface: 1-wire or 4-wire SD standard version 2.0

Power supply: Vcc = 2.7V - 3.6V

Default mode: variable clock range 0~25MHz, up to 12.5MB/s interface speed (using 4 wires)

High-speed mode: variable clock range 0~50MHz, up to 25MB/s interface speed (using 4 wires)

Operating temperature range: -40°C to +85°C

Storage temperature range: -55°C to +125°C

Standard current: < 250uA

Switch function commands support high speed, business and some future functions

Correcting storage area errors

Content protection mechanism compatible with the most secure SDMI standard

Support SD NAND password protection function

Write protection function using mechanical switch

Built-in write protection function (permanent and temporary)

Comfort erasing mechanism

From the functional block diagram below, we can understand that SD NAND FLASH stores data through the Memory core, and controls the communication interface and manages storage through the SD controller.
