On July 13, 2005, Renesas Technology Corporation officially launched the Renesas Forum 2005, the first stop of the three-city (Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen) China tour seminar, at the Beijing Lufthansa Center Kempinski Hotel. The forum was divided into three parts: a unified seminar, a group seminar and an exchange meeting. Focusing on the product concept of providing "easy to use MCU", Renesas focused on introducing the high-cost-effective series QzROM MCU developed in the new program memory with excellent performance and only maintaining the price level of the original ROM MCU. It successfully realized the function of developing small-scale to medium-scale systems on the same platform. At the same time, Renesas also focused on the low-cost, low-power, small-package Tiny MCU series products. Its outstanding feature is that it can provide a development environment that can be easily replaced even if the series (CPU) changes. In the introduction of MCU for electric motors, the solutions provided by Renesas also fully demonstrated its technical advantages. Through Renesas' comprehensive and detailed explanation, the participants were able to clearly understand the current situation of the MCU market and its future development trends. At the same time, they also felt more deeply that Renesas provided necessary development environment and technical support for customers and partners in the MCU field. At present, Renesas' MCU is used in almost all motors, including remote controllers, personal computer peripherals, and car network control. In recent years, the market demand for MCU products with built-in flash memory is increasing, and Renesas has achieved a world-leading shipment of 700 million in this field.
