Power Integrity Analysis of Nanoscale Integrated Circuit Systems [Copy link]

 

Since the beginning of the 21st century, the development of integrated circuit manufacturing technology has been changing with each passing day, and it has now entered the nanoscale stage. As an important issue in system-level chip design, power integrity directly affects the reliability, performance and power consumption of integrated circuits. Therefore, the author of this book takes system-level power integrity as the starting point and deeply explores the impact of power integrity, clock generation and distribution, power integrity design in input/output units, power integrity modeling, temperature effects, and low-power power integrity design. The IBM POWER7+ processor chip is used as an example for analysis, and then a brief discussion is made on the application of new carbon nanotube interconnect components in power integrity.
