Video: UWB for Automotive Applications: An Engineering Primer [Copy link]

Ultra-wideband (UWB) is a radio frequency wireless technology that enables countless new or enhanced applications that require precise positioning and distance sensing. In automotive applications, UWB is currently used in the Car Connectivity Consortium's Digital Key Version 3 specification and will soon be used in sensor suites for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Connected Autonomous Vehicles (CAV). This session will cover the latest advances in UWB technology and vehicle use cases in critical passenger safety, authentication and security, and vehicle-to-everything (V2X).
