Battery real-time capacity test [Copy link]

I am currently using the EBC-A01 (several hundred dollars) device to test the battery capacity, but unfortunately it cannot test the real-time battery capacity, and can only measure the total capacity of the battery in the end.

Who can recommend a device that can test the real-time capacity? The price should be within 1500!

How can we know the real-time capacity without presetting the capacity or performing a complete charge and discharge?   Details Published on 2021-9-7 13:09

I don't quite understand what you mean by real-time capacity value. If you use constant current mode to discharge, the real-time capacity is the capacity from the beginning of discharge to the current time, which is equal to: current x hours

Is this a list of tests for the host computer software of a battery tester?

For new batteries, the capacity of the battery can be calculated by referring to the discharge curve of the battery, and the voltage can be used to convert the battery capacity. However, due to the instability of the battery, the accuracy is not very high.

Yes, this is only the power corresponding to the open circuit voltage. There is a load when it is actually used.  Details Published on 2021-9-3 19:26

I remember that this battery tester has real-time capacity calculation, in the statistics table

No, I asked the store. I also tested it myself.  Details Published on 2021-9-3 19:26

How to understand the real-time capacity mentioned by the host?

The current voltage and current power are simply the remaining power percentage and the current real-time voltage.  Details Published on 2021-9-3 19:25

I don't know what you mean.

Is it necessary to display the remaining battery percentage like the battery meter in a mobile phone?

Yes, it should be able to display the current voltage and current power  Details Published on 2021-9-3 19:24
