Thanks to the forum for providing me with an opportunity to disassemble the fast charger. This time I received the Xiaomi 65W fast charger and the Xiaomi 120W fast charger. After receiving the 65W charger and comparing it with the 120W fast charger, I found that it was not the original one. (I have already disassembled it for personal reasons and cannot replace it.)

Now let's do some analysis on the two chargers.

1. Circuit architecture:

a: The 65W power supply architecture is a traditional counter-attack architecture PWM + power MOS, and the output end uses ordinary Schottky diode rectification measures, without high-efficiency synchronous rectification.

The main ICs are as follows: the rectifier bridge is a 1000V 6A rectifier bridge from Jiangsu Chendaxing (MDD); the PWM part uses the domestic LN3C60IC from Lishengmei, and the feedback optocoupler uses the OR-1008 from Shenzhen Orient Technology Co., Ltd.; the temperature rise and efficiency have not been measured, and the models of power MOS and Schottky diodes are not known here for the time being. The models and data sheets will be uploaded after the test. For now, the data sheets of the above materials are uploaded first.

Efficiency and power factor test:

Due to limited testing equipment, the above data is for reference only: From the test data, as the load power increases, the power factor becomes larger and the overall efficiency becomes lower: 5V, 1A load η=5÷5.2=96.15%; power factor PF=0.34; 5V, 5A load: η=89.28%; PF=0.54;. Temperature rise and ripple test data are supplemented later.

I went to complain and said that I didn't want the intact one to be returned. It happened that we had disassembled it here, and it was only after disassembling it that we confirmed that it was indeed fake. There is no other way. I had to ask netizens to disassemble it and test it reluctantly.
Painful lesson! Everyone should put this store on the blacklist!
