The EFM32PG22 official website provides a lot of detailed information.

The PG22 Development Kit is a development platform for the EFM32PG22 (32-bit ARM Cortex-M33) low-cost, small footprint microcontroller. The PG22 Development Kit is an ideal platform for developing energy-efficient electronic devices. The built-in SEGGER J-Link debugger allows easy debugging via the USB Micro-B connector. Most of the EFM32PG22 I/Os are connected to the expansion ports on the side of the board, so expansion boards can be easily connected to evaluate the capabilities of the EFM32PG22.
