Pingtou Ge Wujian100 was successfully deployed on Perf-V.
Recently, Pengfeng Technology completed the deployment of Pingtou Ge wujian100 soft core on the Perf-V Artix-7 FPGA development board. The SoC architecture was developed by Pingtou Ge Semiconductor. The wujian100_open platform includes processors, basic interface IPs, software drivers, development tools and other modules. It is equipped with the Xuantie 902 processor based on the RISC-V architecture, and provides a variety of IPs and drivers, allowing users to quickly integrate and verify.

Perf-V Development Board Introduction

The Perf-V development board uses Xilinx's Artix-7 series FPGA, model XC7A35/50/100T-1FTG256C, 256-pin FBGA package.

The development board provides a variety of interfaces, including PMOD, Arduino compatible expansion interface, JTAG, UART, and the high-speed interfaces of HDMI, VGA, USB2.0/3.0, camera, Bluetooth, expansion board, etc. that can be expanded through the adapter board mentioned above. It is highly flexible and convenient for evaluation and prototype verification. The specific board resources are shown in the figure below.

The Perf-V development board already supports a variety of open source soft cores and commercial company soft cores, comes with relevant materials and tutorials, has rich interfaces, and has a variety of application scenarios.

Introduction to Wujian100

Wujian100 is equipped with the XuanTie 902 processor based on the RISC-V architecture, which is compatible with the RV32EMC/RV32EC/RV32IMC instruction set and adopts a two-stage minimalist pipeline. It is suitable for IoT applications that are extremely sensitive to power consumption and cost.

Wujian100_open SDK is the software development kit of wujian100_open, and the software complies with the CSI interface specification. Through SDK, users can quickly test and evaluate wujian100_open. At the same time, users can refer to SDK to integrate various common components and sample programs for application development and quickly form product solutions.

Perf-V development board deployment Wujian100

Wujian100 has been successfully ported to the Perf-V development board 50T and 100T versions. Currently, the processor frequency on the development board is 20MHZ, and it has a pair of JTAG debugging interfaces. The PC side configures and debugs through ckserver and ICE. (For detailed steps, please refer to the Perf-V_Artix-7_wujian100 operation manual provided by Pengfeng Technology)

The figure below shows the comprehensive implementation results on the Perf-V development board 100T version.

Currently, the Perf-V development board has successfully ported and run the Wujian100 platform, and has run the D hrystone and Coremark test programs.
