MSP430 JTAG interface and BSW interface [Copy link]

1. JTAG port, JTAG pins are defined as follows:
MCU TCK - test clock input, connected to the emulator's 7-pin
MCU TDI - test data input, connected to the emulator's 2-pin
MCU TDO - test data output, connected to the emulator's 1-pin
MCU TMS - test mode selection, connected to the emulator's 5-pin
MCU TRST - test reset, input pin, low level is valid (this pin is optional), connected to the emulator's 11-pin


2. BSW interface
MCU SBWTDIO/RST - test data input and output, connected to the simulator 1 pin TDO, where SBWTDIO and MCU reset RST pin are multiplexed
MCU SBWTCK/TEST - test clock, connected to the simulator 7 pin TCK
