Then the problem now is that the antenna has no green oil area, because the first part uses the solder pad, so I wonder if the board will only have the solder pad after it is made. What I want is all copper, and I don’t know how to deal with it. Can you give me some advice?

The "green oil-free area" here means that it is not covered with green oil. If it is not covered with green oil , the copper skin will be exposed, which is also called windowing.

Among PCB wireless antennas, the meander antenna and the inverted F antenna are the same. The main thing to note is that the antenna cannot be placed on the ground. There should be a clear area around it. It does not need to be painted with green paint. It should not matter whether the window is opened or not. It will not have much impact.
