Automatic detection technology, measurement technology, sensor principle and measurement circuit produced by Tongji University. Automatic detection technology is a comprehensive technology developed on the basis of the use, development, production and testing of instruments and meters. It is also an important branch of automation science and technology. In this tutorial, we will learn the relevant knowledge of automatic detection technology. Automatic detection technology
is an important branch of automation science and technology. It is a comprehensive technology developed on the basis of the use, development, production and testing of instruments and meters. Automatic detection
is the automatic and complete process of measurement and inspection without any or only a little human intervention. The realization of automatic detection can improve the level and degree of automation, reduce human interference factors and human errors, and improve the reliability and operation efficiency of production processes or equipment.
1. Tasks of automatic detection:
There are two main tasks of automatic detection. One is to directly measure and display the measured parameters to tell people or other systems about the changes of the measured object, that is, automatic detection or automatic testing in general; the other is to be used as the front-end system of the automatic control system, so as to make corresponding control decisions according to the changes of parameters and implement automatic control.
2. The main research content of automatic detection technology:
The main research content of automatic detection technology includes measurement principle, measurement method, measurement system, and data processing.
3. Measurement system:
After determining the measurement principle and measurement method of the measured object, it is necessary to design or select devices to form a measurement system, which mainly includes analog and digital types.
1) Analog measurement system
The analog quantity test system is composed of sensors, signal conditioners, display, recording devices and (or) output devices.
2) Digital measurement system
The digital measurement system is composed of sensors, signal conditioners, input interfaces, central processing unit components, output interfaces, and peripheral devices such as display and recording.
