Quartus II 11.0 + NIOS soft core fails to program FLASH [Copy link]

Hardware: Cyclone IV E EP4CE6E22C8

The underlying SOPC builder contains IP cores such as NIOS soft core + SDRAM + epcs_flash + jtag_uart + sysid + LED + SCL + SDA.

Can run as NIOS II hardware. Console prints information correctly and LED flashes.

But when I burned the FLASH using Quartus II Programmer+Flash Programmer, the program did not run, the LED light did not flash, and the Friendly Serial Port Assistant could not capture any data.

The FPGA hardware .SOF file is burned in. Because once the power is turned on, the LED light turns on according to the reset value.

There is also a strange phenomenon. When running as NIOS II hardware, pressing Reset on the FPGA will run the program before modification, not the modified program saved before Running as NIOS II hardware.

I guess it might be the program that was burned into FLASH before? But I unplugged the JTAG download cable and powered on the FPGA again, but the program didn't run.

What is the reason? Is there no UART core in the bottom layer?

I just commented out all the printf in the program, and the FLASH started running and the LED flashed. Visually, the UART core was not added, the serial port information could not be printed, and the program was stuck in printf.
