Using CD4017 to form an analog pendulum circuit

Using the characteristic that the ten output terminals of CD4017 move with the input clock pulse, a light-emitting diode is connected to each of its output terminals. As the output position of the output terminal moves, the light-emitting diodes emit light in sequence, forming a simulated pendulum circuit. Installing it on a digital electronic clock can not only show that the clock is moving, but also serve as a decoration. The circuit composition is shown in the figure.
