job description:

1. Participate in planning the ROADMAP of IC products;
2. Participate in the definition of new products;
3. Formulate product architecture and functional module requirements;
4. Analog IC circuit design and simulation verification;
5. Guide layout engineers in layout design;
6. Write CP and FT test specifications for products;
7. Product debugging;
8. Guide test engineers to develop test plans for IC products and solve problems in test development;
9. Guide the design of product application reference plans;
10. Assist application engineers in solving client application problems.

Job requirements:

1. More than 8 years of experience in analog integrated circuit product design;
2. Familiar with specific power IC product lines, and able to participate in the definition of new power IC products;
3. Familiar with the entire chip development and design process, and able to understand chip architecture;
4. Proficient in using Cadence, Hspice and other IC design tools;
5. Familiar with the 0.18um BCD process of major foundries;
6. Familiar with the circuit architecture of various PSR and SSR type AC-DC chips;
7. Rich experience in the design of power analog IC products, such as AC-DC, DC-DC, LED drivers, etc., and has led the design of 3 or more related products, and successfully taped out, generating certain sales.
8. Able to participate in the definition of new products, able to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed design products and competing products in application, and propose optimization solutions.
