When using the emulator eZ-FET-lite that comes with launchpad, I found that I failed to download the development board and prompted
error
connecting to the target: unknown device!

When using UNIflash to detect the chip, it is found that there is a prompt No debug probes/devices detected

This simulator uses the SBW download, which reuses the RST pin as the data line, which means that the capacitor on the RST pin cannot be too large. In fact, it is okay to not have this capacitor.
The mistake I made was that I mistook 1000pF for 1uF. I hope this post can help people who encounter this problem.
