What is the difference between Fast channels and Slow channels of STM32 ADC? [Copy link]

Taking STM32L4R9ZIJ6 as an example, Fast channels support a maximum sampling rate of 5.33Msps, and Slow channels support a maximum sampling rate of 4.21Msps.

Because there is only one ADC core, it can be expected that the sampling and holding time of the two channels are different

But in actual use, I use STM32CubeMX and it seems that I can also configure the Slow channels to a sampling rate of 5.33Msps

5.33Msps sampling rate comparison Fast channels and Slow channels do not show obvious difference

What are the consequences of configuring the Slow channels to 5.33Msps?

For example, should the actual data sampling rate be 4.21Msps or 5.33Msps?
